Only a week away and much to do to finish original paintings and prints for Art on Trout Road. It sure takes a deadline to get flying and producing lots of art! The little oil paintings are now covering our dining room table while they dry since the studio is now too cold. Looking forward to a fun-filled weekend immersed with both art-doers and art-lovers.

Art on Trout Road
I have always lived along the Rocky Mountains throughout western Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, and New Mexico. I am thrilled to still be able to live next to the San Juan Mountains on the western slope of Colorado where I have a wealth of beautiful imagery to choose from. When not painting, I spend time with my husband, 2 Jack Russells and enjoying my gardening and backyard wildlife.
Creativity and fine arts has been a driving force in my life since childhood. I earned a Bachelors in Fine Arts from Colorado State University and since then have taken numerous workshops under professional artists including Jill Carver, Leah Gusterson and Mike Simpson.
